SUMMARY:Centre de Yoga - La Source\, Luxembourg\, November 25-27 2022
DESCRIPTION:I’m very excited about my first trip and workshop in Luxembourg and Centre de Yoga – La Source. Denise and Fredric has been doing a great work for creating a space for a various Yoga styles and practices in Luxembourg. \nOn Friday the 3 hour afternoon workshop will be on a Yoga Teacher Clinic focusing for an Asana Adjustments on a safe and therapeutic way. Petri will give a detailed description with demonstrating and explaining the anatomy of the body and the various ways how to adjust in the asanas. This will be a hands-on clinic and we will work mostly with a partner. \nOn Saturday and Sunday there will be a morning Mysore classes as well as Led Primary and Intermediate classes. On the afternoon we will focus for Asana techniques\, Pranayama\, Chanting\, Meditation and Healing.
