DESCRIPTION:Copenhagen is such a cool city with a “hyggle” (the idea of appreciating the small\, simple things in life – such as spending time with friends) lifestyle and relaxed but cosmopolitan environment. \nI started to teach in Copenhagen with Mikko Seppinen and Eskil Schilling about 10 years ago. The last five years we’ve been collaborating with Helena Melkjorsen and Niels Jørgensen at Mysore Yoga CPH in Nørrebro. It has always been one of my favorite places to teach and spend a good time with friends and colleagues. August-September will still be a summer months and for sure the city will be full of colorful people enjoying their weekend. \nWe are looking forward to seeing everyone in the powerful energies of Mysore Yoga CPH shala. \nHilsen\, \nPetri\, Helena and Niels
