DESCRIPTION:We started our collaboration with Ashtanga Yoga Shala Vilnius in the end of October 2021. I really loved the workshop and the students\, but also the town\, especially the old wooden villas in the city center. What a contrast with the high business skyscrapers right next to the wooden old villas. We visited the neighbor town Trakai and walked around the castle and lake. It was a beautiful time. \n \nWe will be back at the Vilnius shala on the November 21-24\, 2024 with a new schedule. Welcome to practice and enjoy with the Vilnius Ashtanga community.
