DESCRIPTION:Ashtanga Yogashala Gothenburg moved last summer to the new location. The local teacher Carolina has a great sense for teaching and creating a friendly and safe environment to the shala. This will be my first workshop at the new shala. Anyhow the history of our collaboration with Ashtanga Yogashala started more than 20 years ago. Gothenburg is an easy going town with a beautiful Haga area and around with nice vegetarian restaurants\, cafes and bakeries. \nWe will start the workshop on Friday morning and finish on Sunday afternoon. \nWelcome to practice and enjoy the cosy new shala. \nBig hugs\, \nPetri and Carolina \n  \nPicture from the old shala : )
