The resort is located in the quiet organic farm next to Zollino town. The coast and beautiful beaches are on the both sides about 30 minutes drive away. There are many old picturesque Italian villages around and the best Italian food\, coffee and ice cream everywhere. There will be time to explore the surroundings in the mornings and afternoons. \nThe resort has their own kitchen and they make the highest quality vegetarian and vegan brunches and dinners for the retreat students. \nThe retreat is based on Traditional Ashtanga Yoga practice in a quiet\, gentle and safe environment. Petri and Eva are focusing for a therapy and healing work as well as the vinyasa system and asana alignments.
