DESCRIPTION:Yoga in Salento is a beautiful resort in the middle of Puglia where the most amazing beaches\, nature and little towns are just a short car drive away. There is a lots of safe and quiet beaches or busy shopping streets for all the holiday needs. \nThe kitchen is famous from it’s tasty brunches and dinners with the master chiefs. \nFor the yogi families..this is a kids friendly retreat. You are mostly welcomed! A kids yoga can be organised if there will be enough kids\, but even without yoga there is a lots of great things to do! We can also have a separate beginners classes on the first two days of the both weeks. After two days the beginners will start the Mysore classes\, but will be taken care by the teachers. \nPetri and Wambui will teach together the morning Mysore classes. SUMMARY:Tuomisto Mansion Summer Retreat\, Finland July 25–30 2023
DESCRIPTION:Tuomisto mansion is an amazingly beautiful retreat place in the countryside of Finland (about two hours to the north-west from Helsinki\, close to Tampere). Besides a yoga practice there will be pranayama\, technical classes\, discussions and extra program (singing\, chanting\, meditation). We will have access for a traditional Finnish wooden sauna every evening. Bath tub and swim in the lake close by. There will be a delicious home made vegetarian food prepared by a Michelin star chef Jouni Toivanen.
