DESCRIPTION:This is our (Petri and Juha) traditional Helsinki winter workshop. Starting on the December 26th with “tofu pork digesting yoga” Mysore class..and then continuing with the workshop schedule on the December 27-30\, 2024. \nBesides the Ashtanga Yoga schedule we will have an Ateneum museum visit on Saturday 28th and Sauna gathering on Sunday 29th. All welcome. The times and Sauna place and registrations will be discussed on the first day of the workshop. Recommendations to Löyly (Helsinki center area) or Kuusijärvi smoke saunas (need a car drive 30 min).
