It will be my second time at the Ashtanga Yoga Luxembourg. I love the beautiful old city with markets and walkable distances. The winter season looks amazing in Luxembourg. Cosy and warm even if the outdoor temperatures are below zero. Welcome to practice Ashtanga and hang out with the local community.
We will start on Thursday morning and finish on Monday morning. It will be a five days of pleasure.
