8-11 am: Mysore style class with hangs on adjustments and personal attention
2-5 pm Technique class
Sri K. Pattabhi Jois’ backbend sequence and special therapy techniques from the Intermediate series for the healthy back and easier backbends. Traditional headstand technique with meditation.
Sunday 1st
8-11 am: Mysore style class with hangs on adjustments and personal attention
1-3 pm: Technique class
Sri K. Pattabhi Jois’ and T. Krishnamacharya’s Body and Mind Focus (Dharana and Dhyana) Techniques – for the lighter practice and spiritual development.
